PERSONALIZATION:

For vinyl name, please select PERSONALIZE ME option

For patches, please select # of patches in dropdown & specify choice of colors in ORDER NOTES.   For example: rainbow, all white, alternating pink and purple, etc. 

Symbols are considered a patch.  Example: SKIN with a rainbow = 5 patches
